STC Model 2W040 (Direct Acting Condensation Drain Valve) removes condensation from air supply system. This valve is modular in design with interchangeable components that can provide customization and serviceability and offers a wide variety of timing and flow capacities to condensation removal applications. The solid state timer features DIN quick disconnect electrical connections, is specifically designed for condensation removal, and has standard time ranges of 0.5 to 10 seconds “on” and 0.5 to 45 minutes “off.”

The timer fits between a DIN 43650 cord set and a STC solenoid valve. One LED on the timer indicates when power is attached or removed; and a second LED indicates when the valve is draining. The 2W040 2-way, 2-position normally closed stainless steel and brass STC solenoid valve offers a high life cycle and low maintenance, and is available in 1/4” and 3/8” NPT and can accommodate pressures up to 250 PSI.
